Quinton’s place was wonderful. The neighbors are sweet. The street was quiet. When I arrived the hot water wasn’t working and the AC in the master room was broken. Quinton had these issues fixed within 3 days of my stay. The bathtub in the master bathroom water came out brown the whole time. The jets don’t work either. The thermostat doesn’t go lower than 71 and it’ll reset back to 80 after a few hours. I took a nap one day and woke up sweating from the AC being turned off automatically. Besides those issues it was great. I would book again and Quinton is an amazing property manager.

Incredible Host! Very responsive and great communication. We had some minor hiccups but nothing that could not be taken care of. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is a great place and location.

Wow, what an amazing stay! The house was spotless, cozy, and had absolutely everything we needed. You can tell the host really cares—they were super responsive, respectful, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. We felt right at home and had such a great time. I’d 100% book again without a second thought.

We stayed for exactly a week, and the place was exactly as described in pictures. It's very large, perfect for large groups or big families. The neighborhood is extremely safe, and less than 10mins drive to almost anywhere you might want to be in the area. Definitely a great place to stay. Will stay again.

Quinton was an excellent host, very responsive. House was huge and spacious! Kitchen was great to cook in, had ample pots/pans/knives/utensils. Safe and quiet neighborhood. And what a great location! Right by Zoo Miami, only a half hour to Biscayne National Park/Vizcaya Botanical Garden/Fairchild Botanical Garden, less than an hour to The Everglades! Thanks for a great stay!

Quinton home was by far one of the best AirBnb’s I’ve visited. The area was peaceful, very clean, and I felt safe. His home was very clean and spacious.

I and my family came down for our grandma funeral, we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the house we was in and out. But we love the place it was very inconvenienced for us , close to highway 95. It was very nice , love the decoration. Very private.

The Black Rock Lux is truly a hidden gem. Amazing experience! Highly recommend. The amenities are great, the host did an awesome job of communicating, and the property has an exceptional amount of space! Thanks for the great time!
